Power hour at $PERL has always been exciting! Maybe a little momo mojo forming again?

117% on light volume! It appears alot of the orders sitting on the Ask before
must have been the ones "dumped" a couple of weeks ago (I'm guessing) ...
over 1.5million shares worth. Looks like whoever picked them up on the
Bid is sitting and holding.

If PRs with substantive news [no fluff] is put out,
can you imgaine how hard the PPS would plow through the Ask?!
