I know right? Jeez...so many have been complaining about contracts, well, at least here you have a SIGNED CONTRACT with financing to fund the install scheduled to begin within 30 days, with a proven technology that is set to transform the way the hospitality industry provides content to its customers and then some, all the while generating revenues for the hotels which was at one time something that cost them money and now will generate them revenue. This means revenues for TIVUS as well.

The board is next...then financing, more contracts, share buyback...okay maybe I'm getting a little ahead of myself but come on people, this is MAJOR NEWS!

It is very possible. Unfortunately some are worried that this new JV partner will milk all the money away from Tivus. If Shiva creates a new Co that controls 99% of the JV, what do you think that would leave Tivus?
