For LEHNQ someone posted after that last time you showed up that it was not PAID IN FULL but when the creditors where satisfied??? that was an excerpt from the POR . Mar you say paid in FULL.

So damn confusing to follow you all on this board!

So not only we need to confirm the guarantee but also what does satisfied mean and paid in full mean RE: The remaining balance owed from the POR...

I guess I could go on and on but will stop here because I now have a headache!

WaMu/Lehman BK's are completely and utterly different first of all.
and....
Lehman PREF/COMMON holders could only dream of a Payout/Conversion like WaMu Pref/Common Holders got.

If so many here would be retired shortly.
