LOL, I read all the doc's.
The objection had not one thing to do with the Judge NEVER addressing those objection's, LOLOLOLOL.
As was stated clearly for all to read, Mp was no where to be seen or heard from.
He NO longer has a loan to, a note from, or ANY other attachment to Cdex, other than the shares that the plan will convert for him.
The Judge did NOT rule on the objections that Mr. Sparks filed.
But if one wanted to reach for a reason that Mp was a no show, look no further than the letter from Gemini.
One has got to understand what the actual spoken word or may I also say, unspoken word says in a court room.
Mr. Sparks could have filed an objection based on Mp's hair color, and someone would have said, watch out when Mp changes his hair color, LOL. Amazing!
