Three More Civil Homeland Security Contracts Draw $7,000,000 More in Negotiations for Strategy X as the Government Fiscal Year End Draws Near

2005-09-27 12:18 ET - News Release

HARRISON, Maine -- (Business Wire) -- Sept. 27, 2005

Strategy X, Inc., (Pink Sheets:SRGX), America's Homeland
Security Specialists, is pleased to announce they are currently
negotiating for three more separate homeland security contracts in the
state of Maine. With a total value of more than $7,000,000, each of
the contracts calls for system engineering, modeling & simulation,
cost analysis, and proposal support. As the Government fiscal year end
draws closer, Strategy X, Inc. has made formal presentations to two of
the towns and is scheduled to make a presentation to the third early
next week.
Clifford Lewis, President and CEO commented, "This is a great
opportunity for the company, as the fiscal year end draws very near
for the government. This funding must be allocated by September 30,
2005. We are very confident that we'll have more positive contract
acquisitions this week. We've been primarily focusing on the
government sector to this point and now we're prepared to expand that
to the civil sector as well. These civil contracts really allow
Strategy X, Inc. to utilize the entire capabilities of the company.
They will involve both Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis as well as
Survey, installation, & Integration Management. Unlike most companies
Strategy X, Inc. can do far more than just cover evaluate disaster
response and emergency procedures providing a very robust and holistic
product for civil authorities. We have many other negotiations ongoing
in the civil arena and with the beginning of the new fiscal year on
October 1, 2005 and we expect them to close in the same manner, very
quickly."
Mr. Lewis continued, "Modeling and simulation provide very power
tools in the planning process, we are very confident that in light of
Hurricane Katrina Towns, Cities, and States will want to rehearse
their response plans to identify shortfalls as well as strengthen
their plans. Unlike expensive real-world exercises modeling &
simulation provides a virtual environment to test and improve planning
and is far less expensive."
