You might be right, but I certainly don't think that is the case. the way I understand it, preferred shares hold a value X10 to common shares. There are only 10,000 shares of preferred shares issued. and that is amongst two shareholders. that accounts for 1 million votes. there are a couple of people here that hold over 1 million shares. and additionally, the article I cited, it specifically states that in order to increase authorized shares, a vote is required in each of the classes.
Some smart person please help me out here?
