I do not think the board of directors mean as much as others without knowing the duties and responsibilities that will go with the position.

SHIVA HAS PROVEN HE CAN NOT EFFECTIVELY RUN THIS COMPANY.

If he is late on the BOD's or if there is a glitch and he does not provide as promised his credibility will take yet another major hit. IMO
