F6, it is a short-sighted and retrograde step when restructuring is used as an attack on jobs
of front-line police, even worse when it looks there is a dire need for them as the article points
out exists in Camden .. as bad, the continuing attack on collective bargaining is ridiculous
when seen in context of what should be a balance-of-power in any just and healthy society ..
