Here is a story how trucks contaminated melons as they carried them to 21 states, over 178 people got sick. Everything needs a laser scan!!!!!

Everything needs a laser scan but MMTC's MIT SHT only scans ONE thing. A pure culture.

How is anyone gonna fit a melon in that rubber-band trap-door on the plastic MIT 1000 box?

The rubber-band trap-door prohibits the automation of the system.

Very poor design.

Almost looks like planned failure.
