Again, foremost, a very big thank you is owed to you– whether a loyal follower or shareholder, your stake and interest in Sebastian River will prove itself in excellence through our continued development. I have returned from a multi-day, multi-destination business trip. One fantastic meeting after another has conveyed unwavering potential to Sebastian’s bottom-line. Many of you contacted and emailed me throughout last week; I apologize if I or someone from our Investor Relations desk has not returned to you—this journey has significant importance has certainly been an ‘all hands on deck’ voyage.
Sebastian River Holdings’ Corporate Equity Speculation & Financing Division has formulated an acquisition strategy and began Due-Diligence on the single largest, most exciting acquisition since the inception of United States operations. While the nature of our negotiations do not allow us to provide significant information pertaining to the acquisition target at this juncture; we can detail the sector.
Sebastian will be taking a market share in the multi-trillion dollar Casino Gaming Entertainment industry! Our ability to take a stake in this industry through the acquisition of an already proven brick and mortar corporation that has been in operation for several years and is a staple in the community in which patrons come for their exciting entertainment will not only bring nearly immediate supplemental profitability to Sebastian’s bottom line but will facilitate launch pad for a large scale strategic entry into this multi-trillion dollar industry.
Furthermore, our focuses in administrative and regulatory aspects of our transparency are still of the highest priority and we are on track with our filings through the OTC Disclosure and News service enabling our move to the OTC Current Information Tier in the previously stated time frames and will likely fulfill OTC’s requirements sooner than expected.
