LOOK CLOSELY AT TIVU PERFORMANCE
before jumping on the "Oh Happy Days" bandwagon. A 99% decline in the PPS over the past three years does not suggest that TIVU is anything more than a blood bath for investors. Not saying that Tivus does not have a pretty face, just that a pretty face does not necessarily mean a pretty profitable investment. I like a good bottom play as much as the next investor, but I have no illusions or delusions as to what I have invested in here. It's all about RISK TO REWARD and the risk is very high here IMO and that is exactly why the Bid and ASK are this low. Either NO BID or a rising PPS are in our future here. Don't forget it!

The only significant actual development here to date is the 3 billion additional shares added to the A/S. Some warm and fuzzies from the CC and PR may prove out to be all well and good for Siva's further dilution of a virtually worthless investment position. On the other hand, it could be that Tivus is finally coming to light! In any case, those investing in hope and dreams in this company's success are still only hope and dreams. One positive aspect is that any further 99% decline in the PPS will not hurt my investment as it has those whom were sucked into this Shiva shimmy in the past.

All I'm saying is that warm and fuzzies surrounding a CC and PR love fest do not equate to either a turn around for investors nor any additional credibility for this company. That may only be substantiated through current filings showing profitability resulting in a rising PPS. If the bottom looks good right now, just remember why TIVU is at 0.0001 and 0.0002 as you review the last three years of filings and chart depictions.

52wk High/Date a 86.5% decline in PPS over prior 52 weeks, 8/30/2010 to 8/29/2011.

52wk Low/Date --- a 97.5% decline in PPS over past 52 weeks.

Perhaps someone can shed some light here as to why Tivus must focus business outside of the United States if the product potential is all so fired great! Just curious as I suspect that it becomes more difficult to verify certain information on a company performance when those business transactions take place overseas and financial reporting may acquire certain business loopholes, whether real or imagined. Please make me feel the warm and fuzzies on this issue. LOL

INVESTORS ARE LOOKING FOR solid supporting evidence in the Shiva leadership

NOTE: TIVU IMO is not investment advice. Gotta do your own work and investigations.
