ming1234, correct. A different scenario than with VLN$. Unfortunately so many are using past promo Plays and their failures to negate PRTN when in fact this may be a good old fashioned Play like we haven't seen for many months. That's to be seen but I'm just saying way too many are using the most recent failures to gauge PRTN and that should not be the case IMO.
