Treit: How do you like Solomon's move to retire his Prefs shares instead of commons? Seems like a smart move to me. Not only that allows him to cash the divis going forward (alone the F- divi would be worth 7m x 0.034= 238K) but it instantly gave the diluted eps a nice lift, plus eliminates the difference b/w basic and diluted going forward (except for the 100 Series A prefs which are almost nothing). Anything else?
