Too many unknowns, I could. Company does have revenue, unclear projections and goals ie leadership, too many outstanding shares, and there is always room for growth which at this point is unknown or not well communicated. :) NOte: Hurricane Irene is headed to New Orleans and don't know this will effect UVSE wells, either.
It is a big gamble. I wish the company luck and you as well, if you are an investor.
