Good question CC, I know we have some lawyers on the board. I think the shares would come from the MMs but I really don't know. The SEC suit is clear that the purpose is to restore conditions to before the theft from SGCP. SEC plans to restore the lost value to shareholders is what I see in the suit.
I guess SGCP could just buy back shares with settlement money. I just don't know how these things work.
