Are we going to divide our 7.5% share among 3 other partners?

Amarant is getting 85% of alto, so what are these three other players going to get? Or is amarant going to sell off part of their 85% since they don't have the money or the manpower to start the job?

The stock price doesn't seem to indicate any confidence in the deal or management.
