Hope you are right-- ten years ago VPER was " on track" for VOIP and we all know how that worked out

There is no doubt in my mind that LEDs are the future. I believe within 5-10 years they will be standard as code for lighting in all new construction homes. My problem is that VPER has never lived up to what they say they are going to do. They have a ton of unfulfilled LOIs and mergers that always seem to fall through
