So now everyone believe that 100 mil is the final number?

No, I don't believe for a minute that 100 million O/S will be the ceiling. In 3 months from now the latest I expect an increase in A/S. We can check back in 3 months. But I don't expect numbers like 130 million or more.

Jordanfund says about SIAF on their homepage "They are working on a new uplist close to or after the new year. They (siaf) think that the Q3Q4 result will help the share price to pass the qulification price of 2 USD"

I think it's pretty obvious that we won't be at 2 bucks per share after Q3 or full year results unless JF knows that they will buy 10 million shares at market at the end of the year. And full year results aren't out until april anyway so that is another full 7 months from now.

Does Solomon really think that or does he hope that? Big difference or is it just JF that is thinking out of the box on their page

They all hope that to be the case but they all slowly start to realize that without a RS we won't be uplisted in may 2013.

Trust me, you'll know if the Authorized is being increased. Any increase would require an S-3 Registration being filed with the SEC.

The registration process takes between 6 to 7 months to complete.

You'll know well enough in advance if this happens.

Also, the SEC isn't going to accept the Company's request for additional shares if it hasn't already maxed out or committed its current Authorized.

According to Solomon (per the CC), he anticipates maxing out his Authorized by year end 2013.

If, then, there is an S-3 registration filed, it likely won't happen until mid-year 2013 at the earliest. In other words, at least a year from now, and then another 6 months after that for the registration process to be completed.

Where did Chad say that they purchased a set amount of PRs?

That can't be a reason; how much can they cost?
