Of course if your are a major shareholder such as the daic parties, you might have more input. Strange bedfellows. We will probably have zero input and to be honest I'm not sure we would all agree on a specific settlement anyway.

Didn't the judge work for the same company (law firm ) as the receiver? And wouldn't they like, say, discuss these decisions at maybe, a summer BBQ at the judge's house?... just thinkin out loud!
