Read into these PR's. Extremely Optimistically we are looking at 53 units. Remember though, they are trying to sell them, technically non have sold just signed for. I dont know what signed for means until you read financials.

Japan - signed for 2(does this mean bought i dont know) but 2 were sent to dispose of 5,000 hazmat suits a day. Which is quite alot of hazmat suits.

Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VLNX) announced today that an agreement from Cell Runner Inc. of Japan has been signed for the purchase of two (2) Arc Master I Units. These initial units will be used to remediate over 5,000 hazmat suits used daily by cleanup crews working in the Fukushima Nuclear Facility, at a cost of $5.8 Million USD per unit. Pending review of this initial performance of the ArcMaster I units' remediation capabilities, Vision Plasma Systems feels optimistic that "...the company could see as many as an initial 23 more units on current Cell Runner proposals," stated CEO Timothy P. Volk

So they could purchase more. The company probably estimated optimistically to clean up the incident you would want 23 more, but they can do less than that, but it would just take longer for the clean up.

Second PR:
Completely different set of units. KAES is trying to get Government facilites and Hospitals to buy these 28 units.

Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VLNX) today announced it has secured a sales and marketing agreement with Kaes Enterprises of Puyallup, WA. to secure federal contracts and management expertise for the deployment of the Arc Master I systems to the Veterans Administration hospitals as well as major western US major military installations for 28 Arc Master I units, representing possible sales of $139 Million USD.
