I agree with the idea of selling part of the HU to raise cash in lieu of continuing this crazy dilution for another year. If they issue 10m shares next year at avg price of say 0.60, they may get 6m. Selling 25% of HU will get them approx the same money. I expect HU to do 10m rev next year. With a NM of 50%, that's a net profit of 5m. So I think you can sell 100% at 5x 5m = 25m. A quarter of that would bring them 5m. That would really give the stock a real chance to recover big time and approach uplisting requirements. Otherwise I donot see how they can uplist next year with 10m more shares issued.
