I know that it worked perfectly, with no repercussions, for Sandstorm who did it to get on the NYSE and perhaps to become marginable. They picked up exactly where they left off.

Uplisting

I think that the point about uplisting is that it is a prerequisite for listing in Stockholm,which will be the important listing. I assume that Swedish investors will have a different attitude to Chinese companies than US investors have. Moreover, most of the shares are owned by Swedes.

Treit, what does reverse split do to our shares held? Eg. if I have a 100,000 shares now, does it mean i will be holding only 50,000 shares after the reverse split? thanks
