P1; the good thing is that SLUP will not 'dump' any converted shares. It will be slow and steady and no one will ever know when it's happening.

The last part underlined says it all, including the slup shareholders.. They haven't known for a long time have they and they probaly will never know where the money went.like the 2 plus mill they received for the powerplant agreement a few years ago. Where is that and where did that go.
