What valuation? $200,000 loan at 12%=$24,000 interest per year, no cash flow, "ZERO" revenues, "Increased OS, by over 100MM in 12 months, issued 34MM in the JUNE12 QUARTER. Just to pay the interest, SIRG, has to issue more shares?? so What valuation? Sounds "TOXIC" to me.
