I can conclude that Issued shares hasn't change in two months and the one hurt the most by the pps is, guess who, the same person that will work his ass off to get the pps back up!!!! 50 mil shares he holds!! time will tell

The 88 mil. o/s and 100 mil. auth. have been that way for a while now. Not growing. The 88 mil. o/s puts the market cap. at $528,000 at the end of today - seems pretty low for this company.
