It was definitely outright lies and criminal. How they got away with it, idk. One of the more blatant cases of misleading shareholders I've seen in this market, with the exception of the many fake buyout offers that occurred and still occur from time to time, across the OTC spectrum.
Those PR's are etched in my head. They directly influenced mine and others buying and selling, through telling outright material lies thus, committing open securities fraud IMO.
