Recall that Roger Smith "resigned"...


from IRCE when he was appointed acting CEO of PGI. Now it appears that he is working for neither and is doing oil lease deals on his own through his Sanday Corporation.

It also looks like Ian Smith has left IRCE as he now claims to work for BOI Consulting. So, as far as anyone knows, IRCE is just McZeal at this point.
