The DOE isn't on site for the test run for nothing. For that matter neither was the EPA. And do not forget the date of the test run was changed at the request of those agencies so they could have staff there to evaluate MBS. I'm tellin ya, that MSE test run report is a biggie for more reasons than just Ash Grove :)
