im looking at this closely and im realizing this increase is to balance out a transfer! im going to be very honest and informative, we have been watching shares be transfered! eos it makes sense, we saw a massive load of volume, then and now we are trading with that newly issued shares! in other wards yes War you are correct an increase has been made in a huge way, however it was not in any way a means of financing it was too big for that and unecessary, seeing as though they have not needed to such a thing before to pay for a 10Q. Once this merger is done control of the float will be not of our hands it will be of company hands. more than likely they will then retire thos shares because there would be no need for such a huge amount of shares to exist!
