The following are points of interest to answer your questions.

1. 30% of DLR is owned by Bebida Beverage.

2. DLR only makes a dollar a year.

3. DLR owned the marks.

4. All products are licensed to Bebida Beverage.

5. Every contract is with Bebida Beverage Co.

It is very important IMO that Bebida Beverage Co. holds the licenses to the products, and most important IMO that every contract is with Bebida Beverage Co. not DLR.

Sorry, but you are wrong Kev2. DLR only controls sales of the Potencia brand products and the trademarks. They have nothing to do with sales of Koma products. Do your DD and you'll find out. Didnt you see Brian's message from yesterday?

BeBevco/Bebeda owns, makes, and controls 100% of all Koma Unwind products.
