Please, if this were a real company it would be Shiva who would be out on his ask. Good companies don't keep non-performance for long, and they keep incompetent ceos far less.

Actually I started buying on the 20th
and finished my position on the 22nd.
As I've stated before, the history and communications, filings, performance, tell the story very well. Shiva knows the questions and should know how to convey the answers. I invested in the rotten credibility of this stock and its management because deep down inside I suspect that they are better than what they have shown. That's why it's a bottom play for me. My expectations are that Shiva and the team will dig this out of the briars and brambles and reap the glory of success, not the profits from selling paper to foolish sub-penny stock traders. My expectations are positive, I just have trouble with rah rah when everything found in "DD" is uglier than sin. LOL

No one is arguing that SP can't do a better communication and management job, and that came up during the conference call. I have taken the time to call him personally and share my deep concerns. I did so politely and without threatening him or calling him a liar or crook.

One things for sure; you didn't call your ceo a liar and crook and still have worked in your company for all those years. They would have fired your ask!! Retribution and your job would have been downsized faster than you can say, "Capitalism!" SP showed up to take on you and all other takers. You can make excuses, but you had the opportunity to confront SP and you blew it off. And now, after touting your years of executive experience in business, don't make more excuses around the "Dog ate my homework!". You've been in Tivus some time and excuses aren't permitted when you invest your money in micro-cap penny stocks. That's capitalism, and for all your hard work, quit telling me what a rotten investment you made and what a poor judge of character you are, because that's what I am hearing you confess. Doesn't sound like you did a lot of hard work before you bought Tivus. JMHO. R3

I think that I have done a pretty good job of hitting the nail on the head as to what any reasonable person might surmise after doing some fundamentals and technicals research. And just imagine how anyone would do that with TIVU and actually stick around. No my retired friend, I didn't make a rotten investment. I made a very good investment and Shiva is going to prove me right. I don't need to sit around on the phone with him in some conference call as I will see the results going forward.

As for judge of character, time will prove this out most
certainly. So far the picture leaves a lot to the imagination.
I'm all for Shiva and love the tiger. It's time!
