Wow, you really are out of touch here. Peter sold the shell to some dude in Denver....he will be selling it (for shares, I'm sure) to someone that wants to R/M and get free money for their new bidness. Just like Peter did with the Wine company shell, with the help of Carnes. This is the OTC cycle of fraud with a white collar.
