Harold33272, nice to hear the term "Margin of Safety" mentioned here. Thanks for you assesment. I have my doubts whether Benjamin Graham would have invested in Treaty, but it is good to know that at the worst, TECO is worth somewhere near the current pps. I'm hoping you post a bit more often.

Very Well said Harold...i couldnt agree with you more...but leaking a little news...certainly didnt hurt the downward trend..for a minute..good luck to all....and looking forward to 3Q financials myself...
