It is insane isn't it ? I know that like with all drugs, cannabis works differently on different people. That is just the reason why it needs to be studied and clinically proven.

You do realize that cannabis grows naturally in most any climate and soil condition. hemp is even more conducive to violent growing conditions....
They opted for traditional treatment, just like millions of others, not every millionaire or billionaire is going to automatically turn down traditional medicine and opt for cannabis instead. so the fact that particular individuals chose traditional over alternative does not mean cannabis doesn't work, it means their own personal preference was to go the traditional route for reasons of their own.
