I also believe it to be much more then 50% because otherwise he would have said "halve" of the patients are still alive. Somewhere above 95% he would probably have said "almost all" and at 100% simply "all".

So we are good between 50%+1 up to 95%. Even if it is 50% it would be 20% improvement compared to standard of care.
