Without Joe and SL, all Eric has is a worthless shell. My opinion is that Eric will strike some kind of deal with Joe to stick it out and continue on. Even if eric only gets $5,000 for the shell, it's 5 grand more than he had yesterday so he should negociate a deal and keep everyone happy.

And no, let's not play the "he was fooled game". That was a definitive statement along with the filings. He was sure then. He can't claimed fooled now.

If this was (and still is per OTC Markets) is all a lie then someone shold be in jail and the current pps will be the least of everyones worries.

Companies don't get passed around like basketballs. There are legalities associated.

Eventually they WILL have to stop lying.
