Smitter, Yes I'm aware of humidity in the air. I was first introduced to it when we got our first home air conditioner back in my youth. Was amazed at the accumulation of water particles on the evaporator coils...

That being said, I am also aware of the phase changes of water brought about by temperature change. My comment was meant as a tongue-in-cheek response to the generalization made in the post to which I replied... Below 0 Degree C, water isn't water any more... :-)
