The BOD is rubbing noses
with the SEC,
wants them to believe management didn't take off in the boat with the money they liquidated prior to BK,
but anchored down the boat to continue business at a new address,
since they were caught.
As I said, they have to come up with a new plan , looks like one is in the works ! Anything they do at this point is in our favor.
