the past charts show much higher runs from these levels.. so, i dont think the chart techs can really say.. but history is a nice indicator. ;-)

ONCE VGPR crosses the MA50 @ .0036.... my target is .005 but it could certainly run HIGHER like it did the last time!!..... & HISTORY usually repeats it's self here in PENNYLAND!!.....GLTA!!.....LC
