In any case, what was the purpose of destroying a company, a manufacturing plant, and screwing 45,000 customers out of the products that were doing well in their store? Why not simply remove management instead?
Pretty sure SEC thought this was a slam dunk, shareholders are showing them otherwise. And in the "real world" - the truth has a way of seeping out, and criminals do eventually pay. It's called karma.
