What I often ask myself is what is management doing all day long in a company such as CNYC for example? I mean they get paid nicely but for what exactly? They make no progress, they don't care about being a public company, they have no success at all, they don't create shareholder value and I also don't see them really working day in day out. They must have a lot of free time eh.
