427: Re: Fictitious hiring.
Let's see. On the one hand, we have a company that has supposedly discovered not one, but two different disruptive broadband technologies, yet has not delivered a single product in five years; has spent more than twice as much on salaries in the last two years as on R&D; cannot raise money to fund (either) disruptive technology despite claims that it is the best in the world; has lied and misled about the competition, the movie revenues, and the status of development; has two year old performance claims that have been far surpassed by the industry; has told us that the rest of the industry is lying about their claims; has death spiral financing that has caused a huge drop in share price and a huge increase in outstanding shares; has paid $5.7 million to ANI to develop a technology and received nothing; has had year after year of "going concern" statements; has had year after year of promises on revenues "next year"; has dubious filing entries for "consultants" that far exceed R&D expenditures yet produce nothing of value for the company; oh, and has a third-rate website that would have flunked Web Design 101.
But, on the other hand, they have a job posting on that web site. Shoot. Forget all of that other stuff. That *must* mean they are for real.
I'm cashing in my 401K and putting it all into RIM. With a job posting on their web site, that's just like money in the bank. I simply cannot lose.
