Fairhills Capital is causing havoc on all the tickers they bought shares under the table at huge discounts to flood into the market.

Is this the same Charles R Lance that is now running SLNX?

Is he and Matt the ones that shattered unqt and voxi?

Please advise.


I have some concern only because Charles Shirley is very capable, but the others have questionable track records.

I did a bunch of research over the weekend and that registration statement is signed by Charles R Lance.

I thought Charles Shirley was the sole CEO.

Can someone enlighten me on this character?
