Shamed to confess I decided PCYC was fully priced at 31.

No shame in it - we are all going to make some (in retrospect) sub-optimal investing decisions - even maybe rkrw. :)

You'll get no pity from me. I passed on it completely at 6, then decided it was fully priced at 12!
