PATENT ASSIGNMENT
THIS PATENT ASSIGNMENT ("Assignment") is by and between Assignor,
Calypso Wireless, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Assignees, Drago Daic and Jimmy
Williamson, P.C. This Assignment is effective as of December 6,2011.
As used herein "Patent" means U.S. Patent 6,680,923 B I and all rights of priority.
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are
acknowledged, Assignor and Assignees hereby agree as follows:
Calypso Wireless, Inc. hereby quitclaims, assigns, transfers and/or conveys to
Drago Daic and Jimmy Williamson P.C., jointly, a one-tenth of one percent (0.1%)
interest in U.S. Patent 6,680,923 Bl including, without limitation, the right to sue and
collect damages for past, current, or future infringement of the Patent.
This Assignment shall not (and shall not be construed to) affect the right of
Calypso Wireless, Inc. to manage and/or settle the litigation styled Calypso Wireless,
Inc., et al v. T-Mobile USA, Inc., Case No. 2:08-cv-0044l, in the U.S. District Court for
the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division (the "Litigation") under the Settlement
Agreement between and among Calypso Wireless, Inc., Drago Daic and Jimmy
Williamson, P.C., effective as of November 2011, and executed for Calypso Wireless,
Inc. on November 30, 2011, and for Drago Daic and Jimmy Williamson, P.C. on
December 6, 2011, and Calypso Wireless, Inc. retains full authority to manage and/or
settle the Litigation.
Calypso Wireless, Inc. authorizes the Commissioner of Patents of the United
States and other empowered officials of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to
record the assignment or conveyance and transfer of the one-tenth of one percent (0.1 %)
interest in U.S. Patent 6,680,923 BI jointly to Drago Daic and Jimmy Williamson P.C.
Calypso Wireless Inc. agrees to execute any other or further documents reasonably
necessary to effect this assignment or conveyance, or to confirm Assignees' ownership
interest in the Patent.
