But that news came out before todays open and RFMK needed a paint job to close down @ .0017 otherwise it would have been another 25% haircut down to .0015????

And here: paint the tape. Real close was $0.0015. Someone conveniently had a $8.50 buy right before the close for 5,000 shares at $0.0017.
