1. Is there an initial payment?
2. Are there royalty payments? When are those payments due?
3. What is the time period?
4. Is it a research agreement?
5. Is it a covenant not to sue?
6. What entities are covered under the agreement?
7. What products are covered under the agreement?

From there, we can pull the dollar amounts from the subsequent 10s.
