Fund would have have to file that large of a position. I haven't see any institutional market makers so if it was an off balance sheet transaction then shareholders are potentially screwed. If it was an off balance sheet transaction Brian has some explaining to do.

I'd verify this information because it only wigs out investors and likely not the case IMO.
