Actually, they burn mixed and hazardous waste as well. Check what cement plants use as fuel. They may also switch to Natural gas as well. Doesn't solve the mercury problem as that comes from the limestone they use for cement. gas is for the nox sox problem and it is cheaper. Some power plants as well are making the switch also. However, emhi still doesn't own anything. They haven't paid for it and they haven't put out any info that they did or own it.You really need to look at the patent for ifsc2

Yes it does cover the Ash Grove cement plant.
There are 118 kilns in the U.S. (dynamic figure, so it does change from time to time. :)
