Wow! They really ripped CNEX shareholders a new one with 2.9 billion illegal shares
being diluted into the market. I want my money back! Where do we sign up
for a class-action lawsuit to get back the illegal profits?

The filing is also for a disgorgement (return of money) of illegal proceeds.
